The Well
Well for the Soul and Creative Spiritual Practices is a celebration of healing and transformation. It is a deep belief in pursuing life choices by integrating a thorough sense of self with profound creative practice.
The Well is a warm and organic meeting spot, surrounded by the beautiful falls of the Poestenkill Gorge. The powerful energy of the landscape distinctly supports inner intentions for self-discovery, healing and transformation.
Its wellspring is the Cosmos – far greater than locale, in its origin and in its reach. Whether in-person or virtually – whether alone or as part of a group – to come to The Well is to journey towards a more authentic, connected life.
Come to The Well. Nourish your whole health, without judgment. Experience true peace and a deeper consciousness. Revolutionize what feels weak and vulnerable. Awaken your sense of belonging, and your truth, and then celebrate!
What I Offer
Spiritual Direction
Spiritual Direction offers guidance for your soul's longing. Through conversation and ceremony, we work together to open the heart and deepen your experience of the sacred. Rituals can help to embody and express your experience of the divine. Creating a personal spiritual practice is an important piece of spiritual development.
Life Coaching
Life Coaching is a target-directed approach towards living your fullest life. Dimensions of the work include assessing your lifestyle and your goals, recognizing imbalances and blocks and identifying areas and plans for improvement. Struggles are addressed with optimism and encouragement towards measurable objectives.
Sound Therapy
Sound Therapy offers a unique opportunity to combine therapeutic conversation and healing with sound.
In a safe, non-judgmental environment, both psychological and spiritual resources are brought into the counseling process, and paired with sound healing modalities to encourage deep, productive self-healing and growth.

"Keep walking, though there’s no place to get to.
Don’t try to see through the distances.
That’s not for human beings.
Move within, but don’t move the way fear makes you move.
Walk to the well.
Turn as the earth and the moon turn, circling what they love.
Whatever circles comes from the center."
- Rumi, 13th century

"This might be a question we need to ask every day:
If we don’t take primary responsibility for the care of ourselves and model healthy self-renewal for those who respect us, then who do we think will do it?"
- Robert Wicks, Riding the Dragon: 10 Lessons for Inner Strength in Challenging Times, 2002
